Blaise is an agricultural engineer with a strong consulting background in environmental issues related to agronomy. With extensive experience in the humanitarian sector, particularly in food security and health, Blaise brings a unique blend of technical expertise and compassionate service to his work. In North Kivu's Goma region, he established a successful tomato agribusiness, significantly contributing to local food security and reducing dependency on imports through substantial local production.
Blaise’s diverse career has also included roles in the commercial sector, where he managed a regional sales network and served as a Human Resources assistant. This background has equipped him with in-depth training and experience in HR, making him exceptionally well-suited to lead HR and Administration team. His administrative capabilities are complemented by robust technical skills, including proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Automatic Data Processing (ADP), BambooHR, and Workday.
