 Musafiri has successfully completed his studies in food science and nutrition, with a strong interest in food processing and exploring innovative methods to enhance food quality. His goal is to apply advanced technologies to produce safe, nutritious, and affordable foods that contribute to balanced diets, meet consumer needs, prevent nutritional diseases, and support both physical and mental well-being. Musafiri’s commitment to combating food insecurity and malnutrition is backed by extensive hands-on experience in designing and producing a wide range of food products, including bakery items, fruit and vegetable-based products, as well as meat and dairy products. Additionally, he is interested in edible insect farming and mushroom cultivation to diversify food sources.
